Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using any information, products or services through the Sloveniabreak (»Our«) web site. By booking any services on Sloveniabreak you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Suppliers

Sloveniabreak is managed by TM Potovanja (»we«), Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana. TM Vista, Tehnološki park 18, 1000 Ljubljana is a provider of technical solutions for the Sloveniabreak web site. TM Potovanja acts only as a travel agent so therefore we accept no liability in relation to any contract with our suppliers.

There are links to other web sites presented on some Sloveniabreak web pages. Sloveniabreak is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites and therefor cannot assume that the information are treated and used based on the same Privacy Policy as on Sloveniabreak.

Responsibility

If you use a Sloveniabreak web site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You also agree that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you or others using your login information.

Payment and prices

After a booking on Sloveniabreak is completed, we inform you about the status of the booking. If the booking is confirmed, you are welcome to enter your account under My Slovenia section. There you type all the necessary information to complete you payment. Payment can be made by following debit or credit cards: Activa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Visa Pay. The entire amount will be payed directly to TM Potovanja.

All the payments are made in a cooperation with a bank who provides the highest standards and safety in e-payment sistems (using Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code™ standard).

All the prices on Sloveniabreak are in Euros and do not include costs of credit/debit card transactions. These costs depend on the type of the credit/debit cards as shown below:

We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in posted prices on the web site until your booking is confirmed.

Booking cancellation

If you would like to cancel your booking, the person who made the booking must advise Sloveniabreak by sending an e-mail to info(a)sloveniabreak.com. 

Sloveniabreak will refund the following amounts, based upon the date on which notification is received by Sloveniabreak:

•    More than 14 days prior the departure – 90 %

•    08-14 days prior the departure – 70 %

•    07-01 days prior the departure – 0 %

•    Within 24 hours prior the departure – 0 %

Complaints

In case of any complaints concerning services booked through Sloveniabreak you must inform us within 15 days of the end of the service by sending an e-mail to info(a)sloveniabreak.com. While all the services are run and organized by our suppliers we are not liable for any possible situations where there was poor service presented by our suppliers.  However we do our best to cooperate only with quality and trustworthy suppliers and other business partners so we will inform them about your complaint. In case there are complaints concerning Sloveniabreak services directly, our maximum liability is limited to the commission we have earned by providing the service.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you take out adequate travel insurance. Sloveniabreak disclaims all responsibility for personal injuries, death, theft, damage to personal belongings or the like. Your booking through Sloveniabreak will be treated as confirmation that every member of your party has adequate insurance.

Privacy

You have read the Sloveniabreak Privacy Policy and you consent to the use of your personal information by Sloveniabreak and/or its third party business partners or suppliers as described in the Sloveniabreak Privacy Policy.

Copyrights

The copyright and all other rights in all of the material on this site are owned by TM Vista or/and TM Potovanja. As a visitor to this site, you may copy material on this site for your own private purposes, but copying for any commercial or business use is strictly prohibited. Company names, product names, and the logos used on the Web site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of TM Potovanja or/and TM Vista.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use of the Sloveniabreak website are subject to Slovenian Law and the Slovenian Courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
